Where is Haven at The Mutual Building Located?
Haven is located in the heart of downtown Covington, Kentucky, just minutes from downtown Cincinnati. Situated in the historic Mutual Building, Haven places guests within walking distance of local restaurants, bars, shops, and entertainment venues, while offering convenient access to major attractions throughout Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati.

What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in time is at 4pm, check-out time is at 11am.
Is parking available?
Guests staying at Haven at The Mutual Building have convenient access to both valet and self-parking options during their stay.
Valet parking is available at Hotel Covington, conveniently located across the street on Madison Avenue. Overnight valet is $30 per vehicle, per night Self-parking is available at the nearby City Center Parking Garage located on 7th Street, just a short walk from the property. Parking fees are paid directly to the garage, and rates may vary.
Wifi and Streaming
Stay connected throughout your visit with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. Each suite has a unique Wi-Fi network and password assigned to the apartment. Please refer to the Wi-Fi information sign in your suite for your login credentials.
Each suite is also equipped with a smart television, giving you access to your favorite streaming services and entertainment options. Please use your personal login credentials to access streaming services. For your security and convenience, you will be automatically logged out of all streaming services at checkout.
Do the suites include a kitchen?
Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen designed to make your stay feel more like home. Each suite is thoughtfully stocked with quality cookware, utensils, and the kitchen essentials you need to prepare meals, brew your morning coffee, mix your favorite beverages, or simply enjoy takeout in comfort.

Yes. Each suite includes a private washer and dryer for your convenience, along with complimentary laundry essentials to help you feel at home during your stay.

Suite Rules
No Parties or Smoking: To help ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, parties, events, and smoking are not permitted anywhere at Haven. Gatherings are limited to the guests listed on the reservation unless additional visitors have been approved by Haven Guest Services in advance. We also kindly ask that music and conversation be kept at respectful levels, particularly between 10:00pm and 7:00am, in accordance with local noise ordinances
Damages & Missing Items
Guests are responsible for any damage to the apartment, furnishings, and fixtures during their stay, beyond normal wear and tear. Guests may also be responsible for the cost of replacing items that are removed from the apartment without authorization.
If damage or missing items are identified after checkout, Haven at the Mutual Building reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card for the reasonable cost of repair, replacement, or additional cleaning. When applicable, charges may also include costs associated with taking a room out of service while necessary repairs or restoration are completed.
We will make every effort to notify the guest and provide documentation of any applicable charges.
Lost & Found
If you believe you’ve left something behind during your stay, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll be happy to assist in locating your item and coordinating its return. If an item is found after checkout, we’ll make every effort to contact you using the information provided with your reservation. Shipping arrangements and costs for returning personal belongings are the responsibility of the guest.
Visitors & Deliveries
For the safety, security, and privacy of all guests, visitors and delivery drivers should be met by the guest at the main entrance of the building. Please do not provide your personal building access code to visitors, delivery drivers, or other individuals. Access codes are unique to each guest and should remain confidential throughout your stay. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone in the building.
