Terms & Conditions
By booking with Haven, you agree to the following:
Reservations
• Guests must be 21+ to book and stay
• The booking guest must be present during the stay
Payments
• 50% deposit due at booking
• Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival
• Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at booking
• A $100/night incidental hold will be authorized prior to arrival
Cancellations
• Full refund: 30+ days before arrival
• 50% refund: 7–30 days before arrival
• No refund: 6 days or less before arrival or no-shows
Check-In / Check-Out
• Self check-in via secure access code
• Instructions sent prior to arrival
• Self check-out required at departure
House Rules
• No smoking ($250 fee)
• No parties or events
• Pets allowed. (Fees apply)
• Respect occupancy limits and quiet hours
Property Use
• Only registered guests are permitted
• No unauthorized visitors or subletting
Damages & Fees
Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or violations of house rules.
Experience
Haven offers a fully automated, contactless stay, with digital check-in and messaging support throughout your visit.
Liability
Haven is not responsible for personal belongings, injuries, or service interruptions outside our control.
Agreement
By confirming your reservation, you agree to these Terms and all property policies.
